What do you offer?
Everyday flowers in market bunches as well as pre-made arrangements, event designing and delivery.

Do you charge for consultations?
No.

What if my flowers don’t last and I want a refund?
I will happily replace any flowers that leave my store and don’t last 24 hours after purchase. No questions asked, bring in the flowers you aren’t satisfied with and I will give you either a new bunch of the same flowers or something comparative or refund your money.

What are your event requirements?
50% down to secure my services; the remaining balance is due and must be paid 7 days prior to the event. If final payment is not received prior to event, you will forfeit any return of deposit. If there are extenuating circumstances, I am a reasonable individual and will do my best to understand your situation. I will work with you if needed.

Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. I have a schedule that is broken down in my contract.

Do you deliver?
I deliver locally and out of area as well- fee’s start at $5 and go up depending. I am a small operation so I can not guarantee delivery at the time you may want it to be where it is going. I WILL, however, do everything I can to get the delivery to the person requested at the time you want. Event delivery is different- obviously if your event starts at a set time I will have the flowers there prior to that set time and will work with vendors to make sure we are all on the same page.
